OUTSTANDING RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CAPABILITIES IN SHIP AND MARINE ENGINEERING SIMULATION

Proficient in CFD fluid/temperature field/pollutant diffusion simulation, structural strength finite element analysis, multi physics field coupling, and optimization algorithm development capabilities; We have served more than 10 enterprises in the marine industry, completed more than 70 simulation reports, and have been approved by classification societies such as DNV-GL, ABS, BV, LR, CCS. In addition, we have undertaken 5 provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, 4 municipal level projects, published more than 20 papers, and authorized more than 10 patents.

STRONG PRODUCTION AND EQUIPMENT SUPPORT

The factory covers an area of 10000 square meters, including 6000 square meters of standard factory buildings and 6 main workshops with crane production, with an annual output value of over 60 million yuan; More than 150 sets of various construction and production equipment, including lifting, welding, machining, and non-destructive testing, are equipped, with strong maneuverability in lifting, transportation, and debugging.
